Overview
With 35 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, Frank Sapienza III is more than just the President of Frontier Glass Inc.—he is the foundation on which the company has been built and continues to grow. For over two decades, Frank has led with a rare blend of business acumen and genuine care for the people around him, creating a workplace culture where employees feel valued, respected, and inspired to succeed. Many who join Frontier Glass choose to stay for the long haul, a testament to the environment he has nurtured.
Frank began his journey in the industry shortly after graduating from SUNY Brockport with a degree in accounting. What started as a hands-on introduction to the trade quickly evolved into a career defined by vision, integrity, and commitment. Frank has worn many hats since he established Frontier Glass Inc. in 1997, but his core mission has remained constant: to guide the company toward growth while always putting people first.
As President, Frank is responsible for the strategic direction and financial health of the company. Under his leadership, Frontier has invested in cutting-edge manufacturing equipment, allowing the company to produce some of the highest-quality fabricated products in the industry. Yet for Frank, success is not just measured in numbers—it’s about supporting the 46 employees who bring the company’s work to life every day.
He is known for his calm presence, thoughtful leadership, and ability to listen. Whether it’s managing cash flow with precision or checking in on a team member’s well-being, Frank leads by example. His philosophy is simple: he succeeds only when those around him do. This mindset has not only earned him the respect of his team, but also cultivated a culture where people are proud to come to work—and even prouder to stay.
