• How many years experience do you have?

  Over 130 years experience amongst just the management staff. This, combined with ongoing training and collaborative problem solving in the office – we believe Frontier is the most experienced glass company in Rochester.

• Do you offer free estimates?

  Yes we do – in fact, we would be glad to come out to you and discuss options, configuration, create designs, and discuss structural/cosmetic impact of your space – Completely Free of Charge! Give us a call to schedule your consultation

• Can you work within my timeline?

  With over 25 field technicians, 4 project managers, and administration staff, we can generally handle any projects year round. It is best to contact us as early as possible in your project so we can plan accordingly and provide early consulting (free of charge!) to help ensure a flawless installation.

• How far do you travel?

  Generally, we service Rochester to Buffalo, Syracuse, and the Southern Tier. This is roughly a 100mile radius around Rochester. However, we have traveled farther for the right job, so give us call and we’d be glad to help you out.

• What is your EMR / Saftey Rating?

  We are proud to say our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is 0.84! This is a numeric representation of our business’s claims history and safety record as compared to other businesses in the same industry,

• You only have 10 staff members?

  No – of course not. In our team section we show our management staff who will help guide you through any glass project that Frontier Glass can handle. These experts have over 130 years of combined experience and are happy to answer any and all of your questions. However, we have over 25 field employees and are constantly growing as needed.

• Do you offer design services

• Do you repair glass?

  Yes! We can help repair or replace damaged glass, etched glass, and hardware for your glass installation.
