With more than four decades of experience in residential and commercial construction, Christopher Klajbor brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to his role as Executive Vice President at Frontier Glass Inc.
Since joining the company in 2006, Chris has played a key role in shaping the growth and direction of Frontier, holding multiple leadership positions over the years including Project Manager, Estimator, Operations Manager, and Vice President of Operations.
Chris began his career working as a machinist and transitioned into the home improvement industry after being twice laid off early in his career. Starting out as an installer of residential windows and doors, he steadily progressed through the ranks—eventually holding roles as project superintendent, estimator, and VP at several local construction firms before joining Frontier.
In his current role, Chris estimates and project manages window-focused projects while also supporting client relations, company operations, and staff mentorship. He plays a strategic role in equipment, vehicle, and real estate decisions, and is a go-to expert for fire-rated glazing and commercial window assemblies. Chris is known for bringing a sense of calm and consistency to the team, and for helping instill and promote the company’s collaborative, values-driven culture.
