With over 32 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, Dan serves as Vice President of Operations at Frontier Glass Inc. Since joining the company seven years ago, he has become an indispensable leader, renowned for his ability to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions. Dan’s career began in 1993 as an apprentice. His exceptional skills and dedication quickly propelled him through the ranks. Within his first year, he was managing his own projects. After seven years, he was promoted to Service Manager, overseeing the service department for five years. Dan Metzger’s career path includes a relocation to the West Coast, where he excelled as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager before assuming his current role as Vice President of Operations. His diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling him to effectively lead and support the
Frontier Glass Inc. team.

As Vice President of Operations Dan Metzger oversees the day-to-day operations of Frontier  Glass Inc., ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments. He is instrumental in proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges, working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement swift, effective solutions. His responsibilities include:
