Laura Sapienza brings passion, precision, and a fresh perspective to the Frontier Glass Inc. team. Though new to the company, Laura already embodies the work ethic, integrity, and enthusiasm that define the Frontier culture. With a background in construction management and hands-on experience at a major firm, she steps confidently into her role as Assistant Project Manager—ready to support, collaborate, and grow.

While studying at Binghamton University, Laura began her career in construction as an intern for LeChase Construction. After graduating, she joined LeChase as a Project Engineer and eventually worked her way up to Assistant Project Manager.

Laura is passionate about the collaborative nature of the construction industry and values the strong relationships she has built with her colleagues. She is motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow within her role, citing the encouragement and support she receives from her team as a key driver of her work ethic. What excites her most at Frontier is the spirit of mutual support – a place where everyone celebrates wins together and rallies around each other in tough moments.

Laura is particularly skilled in the digital tools that power modern project management— systems like Procore, Textura, and Building Connected. She loves sharing what she knows to help others work more efficiently.

Outside of working at Frontier Glass, you can find Laura spending most of her time with family and her dog, Winnie!
