His drive, reliability, and strong work ethic led him to progress steadily through the ranks to his current role as Superintendent. He now utilizes his deep understanding of the field to guide and mentor others, ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

At Frontier Glass, Max serves as the go-to field leader for project execution. Once a project is assigned by the project management team, Max takes ownership—assigning manpower, laying out and measuring jobs, organizing crews, and managing coordination efforts on-site. Known for his strong time management and troubleshooting skills, Max brings deep experience and insight to every phase of a project.
He is a trusted mentor to field teams, leading by example and guiding newer generations of glaziers through the same journey he once took. His approach is grounded in fairness and respect, making him a vital link between office staff and field crews.
