Overview

Maxwell DiMarzo joined Frontier Glass Inc. in 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager and has quickly become a valuable member of the team. Though early in his construction career, Maxwell brings a focused, driven mindset and a passion for learning to every task. After graduating and seeking a hands-on role in the building industry, he found the ideal fit at Frontier Glass, where he’s embraced the dynamic nature of glass and glazing work and the tight-knit collaboration that defines the company culture.
In his role, Maxwell supports project execution through submittal tracking, materials verification, and interdepartmental coordination. He has contributed to a variety of impactful projects across New York State, including John Marshall High School and the Humane Society of Wayne.
With a keen eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to communication, Maxwell is committed to supporting project managers and ensuring quality throughout every phase of a build. He continues to expand his knowledge across scopes and systems, preparing to take on larger responsibilities in the future.
