Originally from Eastern Europe, and following the completion of a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Design, Valbona’s professional journey has taken her through diverse roles in architectural visualization, on-site project supervision, and estimating, culminating in her current role at Frontier Glass Inc., Her adaptability, resourcefulness, and relentless drive to learn have enabled her to be an integral part of the team.
Valbona further broadened her skill set, driven by a belief in the company and its leadership. She relocated to Rochester to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to Frontier Glass Inc. Her transition into this field represents a natural evolution of her passion for the built environment.

Current Role & Responsibilities

Valbona’s role at Frontier Glass Inc. is multifaceted, her key responsibilities include creating precise and detailed shop and fabrication drawings for seamless production, operating and refining CNC machining, and staying at the forefront of the industry by actively integrating AI and other digital tools into daily operations.
Valbona is known for her ability to go beyond traditional drafting, functioning as a problem-solver and forward-thinker who brings energy and technical proficiency to every project. She contributes to a positive work environment and actively is seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the company.
