Frontier Glass Announces New Executive Vice President

Frontier Glass, one of Rochester’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies, has announced the promotion of Christopher Klajbor to the position of Executive Vice President. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

“Having Chris lead the company in day to day operations was an easy decision. I trust his judgment and decision making and look forward to working with him towards the even greater success of the company.” said Frank Sapienza III, President of Frontier Glass.

Mr. Klajbor, 60, is a fourteen year veteran of the company. He has been in the industry for more than thirty years. He worked his way up from installing doors and windows to supervisory positions. Upon joining the Frontier Glass team, Mr. Klajbor successfully transitioned into management roles. Mr. Klajbor was previously the Vice President of Operations at Frontier Glass. His new position gives him responsibility for overseeing the business’s operations. Meanwhile, owner Frank Sapienza III is free to focus on the business’s rapid growth and development.

“I like creating something” Mr. Klajbor shared, “I can go back and look at projects I’ve been a part of and be proud of them.” He stated that the goal of Frontier Glass is to “make our mark on Rochester with the highest standards of quality and ethics.” He credits Frontier Glass owner, Frank Sapienza III, with the strong community ethic of the company, and expressed his honor at being chosen for the leadership position.

Mr. Klajbor is a graduate of Irondequoit High School and attended Rochester Institute of Technology. He has been married to his wife, Elaine, for over 35 years, and together they have three children, Eve, Willem, and Kate. He emphasized the importance of balancing a strong work ethic and a family life, and he said he hopes to instill these values in his employees.

Frontier Glass has four times been named one of Rochester’s 100 fastest growing companies by the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Established in 1998, Frontier Glass has provided commercial and residential glass products and services for 22 years. They promise to provide “excellent customer service, high-quality materials, [and] affordable and reliable services.
